As part of the transition, the property portfolio previously managed by Florida Investment Real Estate (FIRE) will also move to MSC Commercial, extending its presence into the greater Tampa Bay market.
The move builds on Michael Saunders & Company’s recent expansion into Sanibel Island and Pinellas County/St. Petersburg and marks another significant step in the company’s continued growth up and down Florida’s Gulf Coast, where the firm’s offices, listings, and market experience now extend from Tampa Bay to Fort Myers.
The addition of the property management portfolio previously handled by FIRE will nearly double the number of properties on MSC Commercial Property Management’s roster, giving the division a strong foothold in the Tampa Bay property management market, with plans to grow that portfolio substantially in the years ahead.
